Sales Executive – based in Selangor (3 Positions)

We are looking for Sales Executive in Medical Division – will require heavy prospecting, consultative selling, and excellent closing skills. If you have the passion, we want you to join our company!


  • Basic sales exposure is required.
  • Knowledge of Healthcare Industry and IVD market or Radiology market would be prioritize.
  • Having good communication skills in both Malay and English.
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Experience in working with internal teams to deliver client focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Possess own transport and keen to travel extensively.



  • Develops pipeline of new opportunities while closing existing opportunities.
  • To actively define opportunities, follow up on existing and potential client’s problems and providing best fit solutions to them.
  • Present, promote and sell services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive revenue – generating customer relationships.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales target and outcomes.
  • Use professional selling skills to identify prospect needs and execute sales tactics through entire sales cycle including prospecting, engagement and close.
  • To participate in Government Tenders either a ground works tender or open tender.
  • To represent the company in Marketing events including seminars, conferences and trade exhibitions in Malaysia and overseas.
  • To prepare sales planning, forecast and activities report to Business Development Manager on weekly basis.

Account Executive – based in Selangor (1 Position)


  • Proven work experience or similar role
  • Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
  • Experience using financial software, QNE Accounting is preferred
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Knowledge of financial regulations
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • Sharp time management skills
  • Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
  • BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
  • Professional qualification as a CFA/CPA is considered a plus



  • Keep accurate records for all daily transactions (i.e. AR, AP & GL)
  • Liaise and coordinate with sales teams / logistic team on all matters related to Finance and accounting processes
  • Prepare balance sheets
  • Update internal systems with financial data
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Participate in financial audits
  • Track bank deposits and payments
  • Assist with budget preparation
  • Review and implement financial policies
  • Assist in daily operational duties and perform any others ad-hoc accounting assignment as assigned by superior from time to time
