    Scitek Global’s 2-8°C Medical & Laboratory Refrigerator range is designed to store medicines, vaccines, reagents and bio-medical products at a validated 2-8°C range (some models offer optional 2-10°C or 2-14°C). Units use a forced-air cooling system with electrical heat compensation controlled by a microprocessor, auto-defrost, and double-layer/hollow-insulated toughened glass doors on larger models. Safety features include lockable doors, password-protected parameter setting, a built-in backup battery for alarms during power failure, and audible/visible alarms for high/low temperature, door-ajar and power failure. The series spans 13 models from a compact 60 L benchtop unit up to a 1,500 L double/three-door cabinet, in electro-galvanized steel or 304 stainless steel construction depending on size.
