Sales Manager – based in Selangor (1 Positions)

The role is responsible for researching and developing planning, opportunities and implementing sales plans. The Sales Manager will also manage sales & marketing and will perform managerial duties to meet the company’s operations goals.

The Sales Manager report to the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for:

REQUIREMENT

  • A bachelor’s degree is the most common degree for a sales manager position. You can also find work as a sales manager with an associate degree in certain circumstances.(MUST IN SALES MEDICAL BACKGROUND)
  • Proven track record as sales manager with excellent managing & communication skills.
  • Experience skills as manager must be more than 5 years and above with proven track records.
  • Firm & aggressive character to meet company goals.
  • Effective communication skills to clearly articulate application & product information to both internal team members & clients.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategy targeting clients in Malaysia and few ASEAN countries in line with latest client’s behavior.
  • Accurately forecast sales and growth opportunity for designated product and area, using sales tools and applications. Prepare and participate in business reviews/forecast.
  • Building and sustaining strong network base with clients to have consistent sales growth.
  • Maintain a high level of technical and commercial competence on assigned product range, both applications and techniques.
  • Present relevant reliable reports to Chief Executive Officer timely, analyzing past performance and proposing future activities and direction.
  • Maintain and increase strong sales growth with existing and new clients.
    Responsible for Pre and Post sales activities.
  • Lead market research and analysis to measure customer attitudes to the current product range, and new product introductions.
  • Lead product training plan to equip sales team with the basic & technical knowledge to sell the products.
  • Maintain the driven atmosphere within the sales team by understanding, living and spreading Company’s Core Value within the team.

Sales & Marketing Manager – based in Selangor (1 Positions)

REQUIREMENT

  • Diploma or higher qualification in Biomedical, Applied Sciences, Biochemistry, Physics, Bioscience or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years above of sales experiences in Medical / Healthcare industry with proven track records.
  • A good understanding of the current medical industry will be an advantage.
  • Have a good attitude, a trustworthy and responsible.
  • Effective communication skills to clearly articulate application & product information to both internal team members & clients.
  • Possess own transport and keen to travel extensively.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieve growth and hit sales target by successfully managing the pipeline.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company customer base and ensure its strong presence.
  • Build and promote long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecast to the management team.
  • Identify emerging market shifts while being aware of new products and competition status.
  • Possess own transport and keen to travel extensively.

Medical & Sales Executive – based in Selangor (4 Positions)

We are looking for Sales Executive in Medical Division – will require heavy prospecting, consultative selling, and excellent closing skills. If you have the passion, we want you to join our company!

REQUIREMENT

  • Basic sales exposure is required.
  • Knowledge of Healthcare Industry and IVD market or Radiology market would be prioritize.
  • Having good communication skills in both Malay and English.
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Experience in working with internal teams to deliver client focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Possess own transport and keen to travel extensively.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develops pipeline of new opportunities while closing existing opportunities.
  • To actively define opportunities, follow up on existing and potential client’s problems and providing best fit solutions to them.
  • Present, promote and sell services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive revenue – generating customer relationships.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales target and outcomes.
  • Use professional selling skills to identify prospect needs and execute sales tactics through entire sales cycle including prospecting, engagement and close.
  • To participate in Government Tenders either a ground works tender or open tender.
  • To represent the company in Marketing events including seminars, conferences and trade exhibitions in Malaysia and overseas.
  • To prepare sales planning, forecast and activities report to Business Development Manager on weekly basis.
