All testing and commissioning (TnC) activities are completed, and this phase involves the formal acceptance by both parties between Pusat Darah Negara and Iftitah Solutions (M) Sdn Bhd. During the TnC – carried out on installations to ensure that they are safe and meet the design requirements required under the contract and/or for compliance with statutory requirements.

The procedures set out the proposed sequence, taking into the account any linked activities address the requirements for testing, commissioning, validation and client witnessing of the controls as set out.
