D-Mach Tube Welder

The D-Mach WELDER is a sterile medical PVC tube welder that uses RF (Radio Frequency) technology for all sealing and welding phases. It connects medical PVC tubes without disposables – no knife, blade or copper wire – giving a negligible-odour, low-waste “GREEN” output, with an integrated HEPA and carbon filter system trapping PVC particles.

It enables sterile connections of wet and dry tubing combinations of blood bag tubes (tube diameter 3.5mm to 5.0mm) and has a patented automatic tube-connection-point opening feature for wet/wet, wet/dry and dry/dry combinations on some tubes; connection points can also be opened manually with a tube stripper or fingers.

Intended uses include component pooling, connection of leuko filter systems, cell washing connection, sampling for quality control, and blood bag set modification. Sterile connections are activated by license code via USB stick or link and can be selected individually.
