The EMSAS EKT-D Series combines an independently controlled refrigerator compartment (0C to +15C, factory set to +4C) and freezer compartment (-5C to -30C, factory set to -20C) in one cabinet, using a dual compressor system with a multi-airflow design for uniform temperature distribution in each zone.
Each unit has a microprocessor-controlled digital panel with 30-day password-protected data storage and USB data logging (up to 10 years, Excel export), with high-precision temperature control accurate to +/-0.1C. The inner chamber is AISI 304 stainless steel, and a built-in rechargeable battery supports operation for up to 48 hours during power outages.
Safety features include a visual/audible alarm for temperature deviation, door-open condition, power failure and sensor failure, remote alarm output and external sensor input ports, double-layer glass doors with magnetic sealing, adjustable shelves, LED lighting, and 2 lockable + 2 swivel casters. The series carries a 2-year warranty, an optional vaccine monitoring system, and is certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485, TSE, CE and ISO 14001.
