The EASYMIX27 is an advanced blood sampling mixer using latest-generation reprogrammable microprocessors, able to receive firmware updates to meet diverse customer requirements and stay current with regulations. It has a 7-inch color LCD touchscreen (154mm x 86mm) that guides the user through the withdrawal procedure with real-time display of set volume, collected weight/volume, flow rate, remaining time and device status.
The mixing system has a large, removable oscillating plate (5-second mixing cycle, 40 degree tilt range) suitable for bags with filters, automatic/manual tube clamping with a tube presence sensor, and a load cell transducer with +/-1 ml weighing accuracy. Data acquisition is via barcode reader, RFID tag reader, or touch screen, with bi-directional wireless or wired communication to hospital management systems via a dedicated Supervisor PC.
Volume can be electronically set from 200 to 999 ml (adjustable mid-donation), with 10 quick-recall preset SETS. The device supports up to 25 simultaneously monitored mixers, 4-level password protection, and ISBT-guideline-compliant procedures.
