The Vasini Portable Sealer MOD. AS03 is a portable automatic sealer for PVC and EVA tubes, equipped with a motorized sealing clamp. The fully automated, controlled sealing process requires no adjustments to seal tubes of different sizes, with no unwanted radio frequency emissions.
The unit is powered by a latest-generation lithium-ion battery capable of over 2,000 sealing cycles when fully charged, with a full charge time of approximately 2 hours and real-time battery status display after each seal. It seals standard tubes from 2mm to 6.5mm diameter (max wall thickness 0.8mm) in under 2 seconds, with a wide-flange seal for easy segment separation.
