The Vasini Automatic Bench Sealer MOD. BS01 is an automatic bench sealer for PVC and EVA tubes, equipped with a motorized sealing head and an output for an optional external motorized sealing clamp. The sealing process is fully automated and microprocessor-controlled, requiring no adjustments to seal tubes of different sizes, with automatic energy management for energy-saving operation.
A 2.8-inch color touchscreen displays all functions, process control, alarms and operating parameters, with acoustic and visual alarms for incorrect/incomplete sealing, high temperature or internal malfunction. The unit seals standard tubes from 2mm to 6.5mm diameter (max wall thickness 0.8mm) in 1-2 seconds, with wide-flange sealing for easy segment separation and a rating of up to 500 continuous seals. Up to 6 units can be connected in parallel for simultaneous sealing.
